Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from All Snugged (allsnugged.co.uk). By placing an order you agree to them. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected.

Orders

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly shown in error.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. See our Shipping policy for delivery times and charges.

Cancellations and returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Full details are in our Refund policy.

Product information

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and sizes are approximate.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.
